Being busy with families as well as owning a hair salon, Kerry Hollyfield and Andrea Naldoza weren't in the perfect position to start Happy Cheeks, but when they saw Oprah featuring the "Mom Inventors Handbook," they couldn't resist the idea. Within one evening, Kerry and Andrea, founders of Happy Cheeks, had the entire idea planned out. They started immediately on their first product, Happy Cheeks Baby Balm. The two spent a little over six years perfecting the formula.
Happy Cheeks products are manufactured in the same city as their corporate offices, Wichita, KS, in order to promote local business while maintaining quality control. Other products on the horizon for Happy Cheeks include an all-natural disinfectant spray for toys and virtually any surface. They also intend to create this disinfectant in the form of a wipe, which will be suitable for homes, hospitals, doctor's offices and more.
